Stress, anger, sadness, and fear are all bad feelings, right?

Once you learn the secret language that feeling are trying to tell you, you'll realise that all feelings are good (just misunderstood) - and even frustration and depression will present you with opportunities to learn, grow and change.

This course will take a look at the way internal and external stresses affect us, our feelings, thoughts and behaviours, and by learning a simple process for uncovering what feelings are saying to us, learn ways to take back control.
