Trouble Sleeping? Insomnia? A Good’s Night Rest is Near!
It’s 3am and you’re still up, worrying about what you have to do tomorrow because with each minute that passes you know how much more tired you’ll be in the morning and all through the day…
It’s 4am and you’re suddenly awake after having fallen to sleep easily. You know that it’ll be another hour or two (or more) before you fall back asleep – just before the alarm goes…
It’s morning and while it seems like you’ve slept the whole night, but it doesn’t feel like you’ve had any peaceful rest at all – you’re exhausted and it’ll be another hard day…
We understand the frustration of not being able to have a good night’s sleep, and how you’ve tried harder to get to sleep, yet it seems to be getting even harder to do so.
Trouble in sleeping can occur because of external or internal stressors, an increased belief or self-labelling that we are ‘insomniacs’ (we tend to believe what we focus on or say about ourselves), or a well established habit of not sleeping well (which might have had good reason at the time but is no longer helpful or working).
Subconscious Mind, where our habits and behaviours, our beliefs, and feelings are stored, is the programming part of our mind and works closely with the actions and reaction of the body. Hypnosis works with these deeper and more powerful parts of mind to your quality of sleep, quickly.
Our Hypnotherapists have worked extensively and successfully with people who suffer from insomnia or trouble sleeping and wish to have a better night’s sleep. While we conservatively say 4 to 6 sessions, should there be important contributing factors to lack of sleep that need to be dealt with, often people start getting a better night’s rest after the first session. Our goal is to help you get to bed and to sleep as soon as possible, not schedule more sessions. If you want to get a good night’s sleep, right away, call 65 6325 4739 to book your appointment.
